Horsley Lodge is the perfect setting for a wide range of events and celebrations, including club or society dinners, birthdays, anniversaries and christening celebrations to name but a few.
Dependent upon the seating style and numbers of guests we have multiple private dining rooms available plus our Conservatory for smaller parties.
Tables of up to 10 diners can be accommodated in The Restaurant. Larger parties will be seated in one of our function rooms.
Our Old Restaurant, with amazing views of the golf course, can accommodate up to 36 diners for a sit down menu and up to 50 people for an informal buffet.
The room has its own lounge area for reception drinks or coffee afterwards. There is also access to the patio allowing you to enjoy the best of the British weather.
For larger parties, The Amber Suite can hold up to 110 guests for a sit-down meal and 160 for an evening Buffet. The room has a private bar, air conditioning and includes the use of the Atrium and Mediterranean Garden for drinks.
The Members' Lounge is not available for private functions.
From sit down gala dinners to informal buffets, every mouthful has been sourced locally from the best suppliers we know and trust – the head chef makes it his business to get to know the farmers. So, whether it’s our meat, poultry, eggs or fresh fruit and vegetables, we know where our food comes from and who has grown or reared it.
We offer a range of sit-down and buffet menus created by our talented chefs. With over 30 years experience providing the best hospitality, we can assist you in selecting your food and wine.
A children’s menu is also available for younger guests and most dietary requirements can be catered for, provided that we are advised at the time of booking.
The organiser can choose from the menus included in the pack Diners should pre-order from the menu, with a full pre-order required 1 week prior to the booking.
Our Head Chef will discuss your menu requirements and budget in order to create a bespoke set menu (one dish per course) for your event.
We are more than happy to discuss any specific requirements that you may have. We recommend that you select your reception drinks and wines in advance so that we can have them ready for your arrival. The bar is also available for your guests to use.
We can assist you in organising your event including items such as flowers, celebration cakes or table decoration.
